DaVinci Resolve 17.1 also adds support for GPU decoding of RED clips in OpenCL processing mode, the option always to perform copy and paste actions on selected color nodes, and general performance and stability improvements. Intel computers receive H.265 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 hardware decoding in the latest version of Resolve. In addition to M1 support, Resolve 17.1 adds H.265 4:2:2 hardware decoding for Apple Silicon.
